Homeowner's Associations offer many advantages and opportunities for an abundance of amenities that ensure a community's premier attractiveness and uphold property values. If this is your first time being part of an HOA, you may also have questions. The information here will help you navigate the ins and outs of community living at Hunter's Green. Assessments
 
The 2024-2025 Hunter's Green HOA assessments are $0.47 per air-conditioned square foot. Neighborhood assessments are separate from those paid to Hunter's Green. Please contact your specific neighborhood for their specific assessment rate.
 
Gate Access
 
The best way for a resident to access Hunter's Green is by barcode. Barcodes are $20.00 and can be purchased from our Online Store located under Resident Life. See the "Contact Us" page for specific barcode hours. We do not sell barcodes in inclement weather because they must be affixed to your vehicle's exterior window. Print and complete the Barcode Application and bring it with you. We may also require vehicle registrations under certain circumstances, so you should bring those as well. 
 
 
 
 
Deed Restrictions
 
As you know, Hunter's Green is a deed restricted community and that the intent of the rules is to help maintain property values.  All exterior changes to your property require prior approval from the Design Review Board which is administered by the Association office. The purpose of the DRB is to preserve and protect the natural beauty of Hunter's Green.  The DRB Application is available here for your use and we are also available to answer any questions.  Use this link to review all Governing Documents for Hunter's Green.  
 
Community Memberships to Hunter's Green Country Club have ended and are no longer included with home purchases.  New residents wishing to join the Country Club will have the option of a Community Membership at a reduced rate.  Please contact the Country Club for pricing and more information.  813-482-0300
